1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

• Drop us an email on shivanno.agency@gmail.com for cancellation of orders within 6 hours f order placement.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

• To initiate a refund, contact us at shivanno.agency@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with images of the product.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Personalized or perishable items.
